ROYH OS · last updated 8 September 2026

Who runs this

R.O.Y.H. Roofing & Construction, 30822 Nichols Sawmill Rd, Magnolia, TX 77355. This is our own internal tool. It is not sold, licensed or offered to anybody else.

Who can sign in

Only two kinds of people: ROYH employees, and customers whose buildings we maintain. Both are added by hand by Hayden or Mason. There is no public sign-up, and typing an unknown address into either door does nothing at all.

What we keep about employees

Name, work email, role, and the work you do in the tool — fab tickets, sheet metal counts, deliveries, photos and drawings you upload, and notes you write.

For the three shop employees who clock in, we also keep clock-in and clock-out times, and the location the phone reported at the moment of the punch. That location is used for one thing: checking whether the punch happened at the shop. It is visible to Hayden, Mason and Savuan. It is not tracked between punches, the app never follows anybody around during the day, and it cannot — a web page only knows where you are at the moment you tap the button.

What we keep about customers

Name, email, company, an optional phone number, and the leaks you report: building, description, photos, and the status of the repair. People at the same company see each other’s leaks, because they own the same buildings. Nobody sees another company’s.

Passwords

There are none. Signing in is a six-digit code emailed to you, good for ten minutes and one use, or the company Microsoft account for ROYH staff. We never ask for a password, and if something claiming to be ROYH OS ever does, it is not us.

Who we share it with

Nobody. There is no advertising, no analytics on visitors, no tracking pixels, and nothing is sold or handed to a third party. The tool runs on Vercel, the database is Neon, files are stored in Vercel Blob, and email goes out through Resend. Those four companies hold the data because they host it for us, and for no other reason.

How long we keep it

Job records and time entries are business records and are kept. Sign-in codes are deleted as soon as they are used or expire. Ask Hayden if you want something about you removed.

Asking about your information

Employees and customers can ask what we hold about them, and ask for it to be corrected, by emailing Hayden at hayden@royh-rc.com.
